Company Size.
Our experience is deepest in the lower middle market, so with exceptions, we focus on businesses with $5 - $25 million in annual revenues.
Geographic Focus.
Companies headquartered in the Pacific Northwest or Intermountain West. We spend most of our time in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho, but welcome travel to Alaska, Montana, and Utah as well.
Industry Preference.
While we have worked with businesses of all kinds, we have a preference for established, tangible businesses. Our core industries mirror the roots of our geographic focus:
